Once upon a time - not long ago, I was an overworked full-time physical trainer, group fitness instructor, and yoga teacher. I was pushing myself SO hard, and making great money doing so, but the larger issue at hand was the taxing consequences this had on my own health.

Overacheiving was my strong suit, but over time I came to 

.realize it was also my downfall

​

Realization #1:

When large red rashes began to develop on my body, I decided I needed to take a step back and re-think my current lifestyle choices.

​

I chose to take a huge leap of faith when I left my steady job as a trainer, allowing my intuition to guide me through a new entrepreneurial endeavor.

​

I decided to join the IIN health coaching program - best decision I could have made at the time!

​

Things began to change for the better! I gained a healthier perspective on nutrition and learned how to live a non-toxic lifestyle. My eczema began to heal.

 

I felt empowered for the first time in a long time.

Being an educator at heart and having experienced healing myself, I knew specializing in lifestyle transformation to help my clients integrate holistic and healing rituals into their daily lives made the most sense to me. This was the launch of my health & wellness career.

 

Naturally, in the process of swapping out my current dirty toxic products for “cleaner” ones, dōTERRA Essential Oils came in to my life. After using them on myself and sharing them with others I quickly fell in love with their healing properties and all the magic behind using plants as medicine as well as preventative health-care and aromatherapy.

I love collaborating with others and creating memorable healingexperiences.

 

I started my journey as a Wellness Advocate for dōTERRA and began to build an epic team of inspiring women and men looking to evolve, heal and empower others to do the same. :)

The Oil Fairy Team was born! 

 

We now have a thriving Diamond team with hundreds of light-workers all over the world sharing their passions for living naturally whilst generating abundance in their lives. The Fairies’ talents, specialties, and gifts are constantly being spotlighted in our supportive community group giving everyone an opportunity to shine on various levels as they grow in their business. Learn more HERE

February of 2020, Integrate to Upgrade was born, an 8-week online group-coaching program designed by me and fellow health coach and good friend, Barbara Alfonso.Through this passion project, we are giving women the opportunity to engage in self-inquiry and take positive action in designing the life of their dreams. 

 

Community, one of our 12 Pillars for transformation plays a major role across the board with the current work I involve myself in. And I am so blessed to have found mine with the Essential Oil Fairies and Integrate to Upgrade. Learn more HERE
