MegaSweets 4 Ingredient Raw Vegan Gluten-Free Chocolate Mousse Pie... YUM!

What you will need:

1 cup soaked cashews

1 cup dates

1 cup vegan chocolate chips

1 can coconut milk

(optional) peanut butter

(optional) gluten-free granola


Crust:

- Combine the cashews & dates in a food processor, blend until crumbly

- Form around pan to create crust

- Place in freezer (while you work on the filling)

Filling :

- Melt 1 cup of vegan chocolate chips in a saucepan

- Add in 1 can coconut milk and mix .

- Pour over pie crust & freeze until it sets (about 2 hours)


- Serve cold

- Enjoy :)

* TIP:

make it 6 ingredients, and even more delicious - by adding peanut butter and granola on top!
